Biden signed an Executive Order on Preventing and Combating Discrimination on the Basis of Gender Identity or Sexual Orientation hours after taking office
Many claim that the order will now make it compulsory for schools to allow transgender female students to compete in girls' sports
The order was slammed by some critics who say it will disadvantage cis girls; they accused Biden of 'erasing women' and imposing 'a new glass ceiling'
But many LGBT rights activists hailed the executive order, arguing that Biden is making good on his promise to create a more unified and inclusive country.

So what’s the threshold for determining someone to be “transgendered”? Does it have to be something more than simply a declaration? Is it wholly determinative by the person so declaring it or are there some other criteria that must be met?

So on day one Biden has pissed off Canadians (no easy feat), Unions, and soccer moms. That's a lot of leftist support pissed off on day 1. Can't wait for day 2!

it says biological males cam be on girls teams if the school gets federal funds
and vice versa, girls can play with boys

All public schools get federal funds with the exception of private schools.
So the University of Alabama softball team can have a guy as the DH if they want!

Chalk this up to another....hmm I didnt think this through.
It wont be limited to womens sports. There has been no issue with discrimination because of the fact sports teams are over represented by blacks. Now that trans have been officially deemed a minority, watch the first one file suit for discrimination for not making the mens football team. Regardless of their skill (it certainly is not a factor in corporate America with affirmative action), they will scream discrimination.
Next, they will be given a spot on the team, and due to scholly limits someone will lose theirs.....probably that fella kneeling for the national anthem. Now wouldnt that be a kick in the head, protesting "discrimination" and get booted off the team to ensure discrimination is not happening.
