I'm sure Tony Buzbee isn't the only private citizen that owns a tank either.
One of my former bosses, who will likely retire soon as a Colonel, owns enough firearms to equip a rifle platoon. He even owns an M82.
As of 2010, they were selling Barret Sniper rifles at Cabela's in Kansas City for the low price of $32,500.
