Now about the idea of rights not being absolute, try that opening line in a negotiation about abortion and see how far you get.

But yelling “fire” is not speech. It’s is a call to action which I think is different.

You can yell "FIRE" all you want in a crowed theatre. You can say whatever you like. However, their are consequences for your actions. This is something new to dem's the idea of consequences but that is the way it works.

The 25th is pretty straight forward. He probably ought to look. But technically, he is correct. Amendments can be repealed but only by going through the very stringent process that is the same as getting an amendment passed. No short cuts and unfortunately, that's what he is talking about.
