Here is why he’s a fricking idiot:
You absolutely can yell fire in a crowded building... if the building is on fire and you’re warning people. And since we can’t predict danger and emergency we all have the ability to yell in a crowd if and when necessary. And even though some may abuse that privilege or even use it to cause harm, the benefits greatly outweigh the risks.
Just like you can own, possess, and use a firearm... if people are in danger and you’re defending them. And since we can’t predict danger and emergency we all have the ability to carry and defend ourselves if and when necessary. Gun control is the equivalent of banning all yelling in crowded theaters no matter what and forcing people in the theatre to wear muzzles.
