Biden not being charged for classified documents. Reason is straight from Idiocracy

So the special counsel decided there was no reason to charge Biden with the classified docs he had in his garage. His own justice department stated…

That’s a bit scary coming from his own justice department. He referred to several foreign leaders this week who have been dead for years. And he controls our nuclear arsenal and can take us to war? It’s somewhat terrifying.

U.S. — Special Counsel Robert Hur will not recommend charges for Biden's mishandling of classified documents on the grounds that he's too old and senile to stand trial.
"I mean, seriously, have you seen that guy?" said Hur to reporters. "I tried to ask him questions and he attempted to put my notepad in his mouth. The dude is totally zonked out for sure. I mean, we all knew this, right?"
In spite of the report detailing Biden's late-stage dementia, the Special Counsel confirmed Biden is just fine to continue running the country. "Oh yeah, that's no problem," he said. "You heard the Press Secretary. He's so active and alert no one can keep up with him! Impressive!"

It is ridiculous that we are being governed by octogenarians.
And even more obnoxious that, with relatively little lifespan remaining, almost all of them have no sense of long term goals that benefit the country.
FWIW this cuts across the political spectrum going back to Strom Thurman and the Reagan Contra defense (which is today's Biden defense). Biden is an egregious example but far from the only one.
The use of this defense ought to result in states removing Biden from ballots if he is unfit to make decisions.

And they say they think he “inadvertently” took home documents when he left office as VP ( he wasn’t even allowed to possess them then), but gloss over the fact some went back to 1973.
