About 20 days, no kidding.
Which, I suspect, is the point. Biden could have done that any day for about the last 340 days, but (if true) he waits until now. The reason is quite obvious.
His "legacy" is going to suffer with leftists for allowing a record volume of oil drilling during his administration, so this is just for show.

Joe is pissing in the wind which is why he smells like piss. Trump will rescind on Jan. 20th.

anything done by executive order can be undone by executive order or by congress besides biden will probably be dead with in two years.

It's interesting how things are only permanent if a Dem president does them.

Joey Burden is no better than the towel head terrorists. Great timing you piece of crap!

Fortunately, America voted to permanently ban Biden. FJB.

Meh, trump issuing an executive order under national security would override this play by Biden’s handlers.
Posted on 1/2/25 at 5:02 pm to TigerFanatic99
Nah you just make an executive order under the guise of national security.

Yes, I know it's Obama and his phaggot ilk with his arm up Biden's arse pushing his hemorrhoids.

Seems that if brain dead Biden was to issue a protective policy that is overtly aggressive this late in term it should be rebuffed by SC
On what grounds?

It's an EO...those are easily reversed...

Bloomberg more credible for you? LINK
seems to be more accurate reporting from bloomberg anyway, thanks. take the op and gp's headline for example - "biden moves to permanently ban offshore oil and gas drilling in final bid to block trump's energy agenda". demonstrably false - the is no permanent ban on offshore oil and gas drilling in the works.
of course the gp leaves out parts of the bloomberg article that don't fit their narrative, including -
quote:
The full scope of Biden’s coming offshore protections wasn’t clear early Thursday, but the protected areas include waters considered critical to coastal resilience and the designation is designed to be targeted, said people familiar with the decision. Although congressional Democrats and scores of environmental groups had urged Biden to make a more sweeping designation, recent deliberations have focused on parts of the Pacific Ocean near California and eastern Gulf of Mexico waters by Florida.
and
quote:
For decades, presidents have invoked the provision to preserve walrus feeding grounds, US Arctic waters and other sensitive marine resources, beginning with former President Dwight Eisenhower, who in 1960 created the Key Largo Coral Reef Preserve that remains protected today. Though presidents have modified decisions from their predecessors to exempt areas from oil leasing, courts have never validated a complete reversal — and until Trump, no president had even attempted one.
and
quote:
Trump, himself, has actually used the same statute to block oil and gas leasing in waters near Florida and North Carolina in a bid to appeal to voters in the final weeks of the 2020 presidential campaign.
i wonder if any of those florida waters were near mar-a-lago?
but sure, joe biden is permanently banning offshore oil and gas drilling

I see no reason that Trump can't redefine the area to the size of a postage stamp.

We should probably try to close the gap between Election Day and January 20. Biden and Harris and dimocratix policy was soundly defeated. It’s just not right for the losing party to sabotage the incoming administration like this.

Joe Biden is preparing to permanently ban new offshore oil and gas development in key U.S. coastal waters,
Yeah, good luck with that.
The MIC has mega-money and always finds a way to eat. The Oil Industrial Complex? They've got even more money and more influence.

Biden doesn't remember what he had for dinner last night while still certain he could have beaten Trump. I hate these articles. His 'handlers', 'donors' and the 'deep state' are the ones responsible - and have been for some time.
