I agree with the person who thinks AI. These clips on social media aren't the best quality, but I've watched it many times and there almost appears to be a rectangle around his eyes, a perfectly symmetrical box. Could be pixilation, could be lighting.. but my eye sees something amiss.
Also, that man has had face lifts, eyelid lifts, hair plugs, so much botox in his forehead that he has 'bunny nose' (a give away) and fillers in his cheeks.

The video on the right is from 2022 so it isn't a week apart.
Either way, my guess is the one on the right, he was heavily drugged and the one on the left was "natural" but needed several jump cuts.
The one on the right is a 20-second video and he doesn't blink once. The average person blinks every 3 or 4 seconds.
