Is "too old" your take or is that the exact wording?

Biden Too Old

The article states he is "too old". The actual resolution states that Biden is the oldest sitting President at 81 and then goes on to list a number of examples of Biden being confused or incoherent.

So this is the new Dem spin. Biden is so incompetent and dysfunctional that you try to lump Trump in with him. Trump sleeps maybe 20 hours a week, whereas geriatric Biden is only awake 20 hours a week. Nice try.

Technically this is not constitutional, and I believe that the federal bureaucracy does control how our government operates and it is important to the various governing agencies that the President understands this. This is the what we refer to as the establishment.

I believe Donald Trump is a threat to the establishment, as he wants to venture into areas that the establishment controls without oversight. Things like foreign aid and spending.

Unfortunately, the only way around this would be an age cap.

BUT, the REAL ISSUE is if somebody can mentally handle the task. You've got some older people sharper than those 1/2 their age.

I didn't say anything about Trump's mental capacity, just said he's too damn old.

What's sad is y'all's only expectation of Trump is for him not to be as bad as Biden. Congrats!

In 2020 Trump started peeling back the onion layer on all of this. He detailed the outrageous payments the US made to WHO, World Trade Organization et al. At minimum the US was having to pay like 20 times more than China, the latter which can still avail itself of "developing country" and pay much lower premiums to these global entities and get 20 to 1 payouts as well.

What's sad is that you think that is our expectation. You just made that up.

Such a short sighted, simpleton view on age. Trump demonstrates, everytime he speaks, that he is fully capable. Now do Biden.
Age is not a reasonable way to quantify a persons mental capabilities. People do not age at the same rate.
The only way to truly determine is testing, which Trump has repeatedly
agreed to. He did and passed last time around. Biden??????

Minor quibble, but no, he’s the “leader” of the free world, not its President.

Not true

If you are already old you are quite aware that BOTH are too old.

We should say at MOST you should not be allowed to be POTUS past your 75th birthday, and possibly 70. The day you turn 75, you are done running. You can finish out an elected term past 75 but that is it. Neither would be allowed to run in the 2024 race.

I would argue that on your 70 birthday you should be cleared mentally and physically to to the job before being put on a single ballot for Congress, POTUS, or VPOTUS. I would even argue similar for SCOTUS.

Okay, then WHAT is your plan if somebody will end their 1st term @ 75 (or older).....WHO is then allowed to run for POTUS - the current VP?

& what happens to the current POTUS...are they made the VP?
