The new Prime Minister cancelled a meeting with him and has said outright in the past his handling of Ukraine & Afghanistan were unacceptable.
Biden didn't get the money shot with the King at the reception.
Biden probably started rambling about Beau and was led out by his nurse Jill.
Biden looked like a jackass in the beast waving to people as Kings rode mercedes buses in.

His seating placement was normal in protocol. Even if Obama called ahead and offered the King a BJ and global warming cake- even he wouldn't have been placed any closer.
There are lots of things to show Biden was an embarrassment, his seating isn't one of them.
