Honestly, I have no idea what people want him to say.
"I fricked up." We all can see that.
"To reiterate: Trump's fault." He already tried that, even MSNBC doesn't buy it.
"We're going to fix it and this is how." Nobody will believe him. Show don't tell would be the best policy if that is the plan.
So:
A. I don't know why he's going to address the issue again, and
2. If he does, I don't know what he or the administration can possibly gain from the address
What am I missing?
