Biden Claims People Refer to Him as a 'Foreign Policy Expert'

I'm assuming Biden is referring to the volces inside his head.

But Robert Gates, who served as President Obama's Defense Secretary, described Biden as being quite the opposite.
"I think he has been wrong on nearly every major foreign policy and national security issue over the past four decades,” he wrote in his book, "Duty: Memoirs of a Secretary at War."

He is actually a foreign language expert. He speaks in ways no one can understand what the hell he is talking about. If we could we would probably call him a lying dog faced pony soldier, Jack.

That was actually the claim when Obama tabbed him for the Vice Presidency. He added "foreign policy gravitas" to the campaign.

Foreign Pork Extraction Expert? Certainly.
Foreign Corruption (as in how to do it, benefit yourself and your family and get away with it) Expert? Absolutely.
Foreign policy? Not so much.
"Wronger" than Obama. That's how bad.

I seem to recall that was Obama’s rationale for naming him as VP.
The problem is (who said it now I can’t remember) he has been wrong on every foreign policy recommendation in the last 50 yrs. didn’t he even recommend against killing OBL?
In Addition- his foreign policy achievements in the Obmama administration consisted entirely of selling sold our nation’s interests to China and Ukrainian gas companies and using his idiot crackhead son to launder the proceeds
