Do we get to see how many people in NV and Wi can actually spell Kamala ... If they have to write in her name and then how many write look like.."Mickey Mouse,". "My neighbor". Etc that some how get counted as 'looks like Kamala to me"

It doesn't matter. If NV and WI voters vote for Biden and he wins those states the delegates will vote for Kamala in the House when they count EVs.
The only thing this might do is confuse a couple of voters in NV and WI. They may leave the presidential selection empty or vote Trump.

Hasn't it been said Harris cannot be on the ballot in NV and WI, unless Biden dies or the 25th amendment is declared?

I disagree with that guy on most everything politically, but doubling down on stupid is a bad look. There is nothing preventing Harris from being on the ballot in any of the 50 states. They couldn't have swapped Biden out if/ after he was nominated, was what heritage was saying. Wisconsin, for example, does not allow withdrawal of the nominee for any reason but death. Biden is not and won't be the nominee. He's not "on the ticket" so rules about taking him "off the ticket' don't apply.
This is not some grand conspiracy or a case of Dems violating laws/ rules.

The ballots don't exist yet. No one is on the ballot until they are officially the nominee. There is nothing to remove Biden from. This is a non-issue and not something to get worked up about.
Harris/Walz being the most leftwing freak ticket in history should be the focus
