Could some kind of ear piece be surgically implanted similar to a cochlear implant but be so small it is not noticeable?

There isn't a chance in hell that Trump cancels. He has faced hostile media for 4 years. A debate is nothing to him. All of the polls showed he lost the debates against Hillary 4 years ago but that didn't affect his electoral chances and Hillary, for all of her faults as a candidate, still has a brain and was always a solid debater. Biden has only ever had the "cool uncle/grandpa" vibe going for him - which is why he won the 2012 debates against Paul Ryan (come on, man responses, etc...). He won't be able to get away with those sorts of responses this time because Trump doesn't play by normal politician rules.
