A) shareholders in the form of reduced dividends
B) consumers in the form of higher prices
C) workers in the form of reduced wages
People earning less than 400k make up all three subgroups
Every single modern study done on the incidence of the corporate tax finds around half of it is paid by labor

Not just energy bills. Someone has to pass on the gasoline cost to ship ANYTHING. 95% of us in oil and gas would like it around 70/bbl. Busy, working everyone can make money and we give our fellow tax payers a daily tax break at the pump. The other 5% sitting in the woodlands, tx may be a different story though.
