They are cheering for this just like those 5 Israelis who were caught on film cheering the WTC buildings being on fire during 9/11. They know what an Islamic invasion of Europe means for them.

I suppose the consistency point is rather subjective (if that makes sense) to folks my age. Me personally, I know no one is coming to my aid when tSHTF, whether they have the means to or not. Why others (not just Israelis) think we’re beholden to their existence and must preserve it is puzzling and frankly, annoying.
Unpopular opinion I’m sure but I believe rugged individualism is going to make a come back over the next 2 decades. Communism is destined to fail, as it always does, and this day and age, the observation of said failure is accelerated because the passage of information is near instant thanks to social media. And since the under 40 crowd is also the crowd of instant gratification, the impressions of said failure will be swift. Being capitalistic will be hip and cool counterculture sooner than most think.
All this said, it’s the rugged individualism that is the behavioral foundation that will continue to drive the lack of goodwill you reference, or the acceleration of “I don’t care anymore about your shite” that I reference that will further degrade our populace’s outlook on Israel and our other “allies” in the future. They can get fricked for all I care

I don’t dislike Jews.
I also don’t want our nation influenced or controlled by Israel.
I believe they have been doing things contrary to our national interest and want it acknowledged and stopped.
Those positions are completely reasonable and logical and to hell with anyone who tries to cancel someone for saying it.

If it's of interest, Rod Dreher and Jeremy Boring did a podcast this week and try to say "Israel isn't above criticism" and then turn it around to say that the criticisms always boil down to antisemitism "because you wouldn't hold any other country to the same standard or criticize them."
