Hard pressed to find any politician I agree with 100%, and I wouldn't doubt it was some back room handshake with one of the CCC board members raking tolls off the top, but I can't deny the direction the city has gone over his tenure.

I've heard some weird stuff about Bagneris. like he's a foaming at the mouth racist.

I have not been blessed with the ability to peer inside his soul (like so many here apparently possess), but that has certainly not been my experience in my dealings with him as Judge.

I'm not sure why he and city council backed the tolls, but it cost my city council rep her seat. She didn't even run for reelection when poll showed her white support was below 50%.

We will NOT be getting a Republican. Period.
My aim is to get semi-competent, not completely corrupt mayoral candidates. Mitch is much better than the worse we can do. I don't know Bagneris at all. Sidney Barthelemew looked good during his election, Nagin too. How did they turn out? I will be voting for Mitch.

In this case, Obama endorsed Mitch Landrieu. No posters attacked him for it. You made that up. And then became upset at the product of your own imagination.
