Russia is really grasping at straws trying to vindicate themselves.
Russia is playing the part of the Germans in WWII.
They are invading their neighbor. They are the cause of all this misery and death.

I hate commies.
I hate Nazis
I hate the NY Times.
I hate mentally unstable leaders.
I hate being lied to.

It all boils down to who you hate the most.

I do feel for the people of Ukraine and for those bearing the brunt of war.

The Germans helped finance this even after the Orange Man warned them not to.

Russia is driving Finland and Sweden into NATO.

Collosal clusterfrick that is the result of a stolen election.

Ask yourself this: Does Russia do this if they don't have much of Europe and particularly Germany by the short curlies with gas and oil?

Putin is undoubtedly a monumental bastard for blowing up shite and killing people, but if NATO wants to portray itself as Russia's mortal enemy, and Russia wants to act like NATO is an existential threat to mother Russia, why are all these NATO countries doing trillions in trade with a country they need NATO to protect them from, and why is Russia selling oil and gas to the very countries plotting their destruction?

It's hard for me not to think the whole thing is bullshite, and Putin is working Ukraine to leverage all the corrupt politicians in the US.

I love how liberals and neocons are running a defense campaign for the Neo Nazi scumbags in Ukraine.

the media is literally bleeding their hearts out begging Putin to have mercy on the surrounded Azov units.

Russia is not using the term "Nazi" to suggest that Ukraine is a nation that emulates the German Nazis of the 20th Century. Any attempt to equate Ukraine with 20th century German Nazism is inaccurate and lazy. That isn't what the Russians mean.

The Russians are using the term "Nazi" to refer to the very idea of an independent and autonomous Ukraine. As explained in the Russian state-media published article What Should Russia do with Ukraine?, the "Nazification" of Ukraine is equated with the very idea of Ukrainian independence. The author explains:
quote:

The nazification of Ukraine continued for more than 30 years, beginning at least in 1989, when Ukrainian nationalism received legal and legitimate forms of political expression and led the movement for "independence" towards Nazism.

In the Russian use of the term, nazification means independence from Russian rule.

It's equally lazy when people argue, "How can Ukraine be Nazi, it has a Jewish president?" Lazy, Lazy, Lazy. Of course a Jewish person can be an authoritarian, kind of like the German Nazis, but more to the point, in the Russian use of the term, the President of Ukraine is a Nazi precisely because he governs over a sovereign and independent Ukraine.

Read the article. The Russians have explained this clearly. For some reason, however, because the Russian argument is bonkers, people don't accept it at face value.

You obviously have ZERO context of what has brought us to this point…go figure, another dumbass.

Not saying russia is totally in their right on how they are conducting this operation, but at some point something has to be done for their own interest.

The Azoz battalion is essentially Ukraine's private army especially in the east and they are 100% proud to be nazis. They arent grasping at shite. The president works indirectly with them to serve his interest. FACT.

You would be cool with russia and china joining up with Mexico and start installing military bases and providing billions in weapons at our southern border????

Correct:

Nazism (/'n??tsi?z?m, 'næt-/ NA(H)T-see-iz-?m),[1] the common name in English for National Socialism

Socialism has much more similarity to democrats than republicans.

If you think Pooty is actually conducting this war to root out nazis then you’re an idiot. He wants to expand his empire using death and suffering, and then turn it commie red. That’s it. He’s just as bad as nazis… and probably worse because at least those sick bastards protected the other sick nazi bastards. Pooty don’t give a flying flip about his own people… he only cares about Pooty and total control….

And yes the principle he operates on AND the nickname sounds a lot like our own prez and admin right now.

The political spectrum as a 2-dimensional construct of "left" and "right" is completely flawed, but it's become popular for two reasons: It's easy for simpletons (myself included) to grasp, and it helps divide people against each other.

If people want to group political beliefs in geometric form, a sphere would be the most accurate way. This will never take hold, because nobody wants to say "I identify with the lower left hand rear quadrant of political beliefs".

The Azoz battalion is about 1500 men or should I say was. About 1500 men. They have been fighting Russians for 8 years now.
So Russia invades a country of 40+ million because of 1500 men fighting on their home turf because they are Nazis? Nope. No way. It’s BS.

No, but I wouldn’t be cool with the US invading Mexico, blowing up Laredo and anything and everything either.

Gotta love our MSMs very regular use of “false claims” or “debunked” in a “news story” without ever providing the least bit of research or context on how such a conclusion was reached.

This is pathetic even by your standards. frick the author of that article. It is obvious they have a narrative to put forth (one that you obviously agree with).

Make no mistake about it, nazification is tied to historical accounts. Nazis are glorified by some groups in Ukraine, and it isn’t based solely on freedom. Trying to push your bullshite narrative is what is lazy.

Putin and Russia are assholes for invading.

Some (many) of the Ukrainian defenders look up to the Nazis (yes...those Nazis).

To state otherwise really exposes how disingenuous you really are.
