Seriously looks like he is very very well trained. Sorry you can’t understand what this officer performed in slow motion. If you were in trouble this is the office you want next to you.

what she misses is, the shooter doesn't know which direction the car is about to go, when he first senses it's moving forward his initial reaction was to shoot instead of move right fast, hindsight is 20/20, if he knew she was cutting the wheel to go to his left(her right) he could of got out of the way but he didn't know that, if shes moving the same direction as he does he's dead. The driver was an idiot for taking off with him in front. PERIOD

It was the third time that morning she interfered with ICE as they were trying to serve warrants. Where does it say in the 4th you can obstruct federal law enforcement during serving warrants?

What's amazing to me is that most of these people have never held a firearm, much less been trained on how to actually shoot one. Furthermore, operating in a high stress, dangerous environment requires different protocol then going to the range

None of that matters. The SC and lower courts have all been pretty clear a moving vehicle is a deadly weapon even at low speeds

It’s actually more telling in real time than it is slowed down that he wasn’t that concerned about getting out of the way.
I think the two shots through the drivers side window are going to be his problem.
Saying all of this, I am not defending the actions of the driver.
