My daily quercetin, zinc and d3 since spring of 2020 helped me get through Delta in 3 days. It affected me with the same symptoms weird taste that those who I know had Omicron didn't experience.

NAC- 100% not sure why it's not more recommended. Good data for COVID, Good data for influenza. Literally helps your body clean up the inflammation from fighting covid which is what actually kills people.

Black Cumin Seed Oil- Ivermectin Alternative

Those two are your heavy hitters

Of course add in your usual Vitamin D, Zinc, Quercetin, Vitamin C, etc

The problem with vitamins is, you need to have them in your system before you get sick. If they are in your system already (especially D) you will likely have a mild case.

most folks with the Omicold have nasal congestion, not lung.

I had it exactly a year ago (caught in BR--maybe Delta?)and this is what I had. Zero cough. No fever. Just nasal congestion, lost taste and smell for a few days and brain fog.

I stayed loaded up on zinc/copper, D3/K1 (or maybe K2), quercitin, fish oil (these are things I take anyway apart from the quercitin. Just went to the max zinc dosage. Added some A, B12 and C just for good measure.

My wife caught it from me and had a bit of a cough.

A study came out of UF that Benadryl with a enzyme found in milk reduced the viral replication by 99% in the lungs (if it gets there). Not a bad thing to try, 2 very simple and safe things that couldn't hurt.

Get vaccinated, a booster and the flu shot. ESPECIALLY if you have asthma. You do realize that one of the main things covid does is go after your lungs, and you thought it wise to not get the jab AND you have asthma?

Luckily you probably have omicron strain so you should pull through in a few days.

I would guess treat whatever symptoms you have with OTC or if your condition worsens, opt for the infusion so your lungs don't get overwhelmed.

Good thread. I have made no precautions other than having pedialyte on hand. My blood sugar is a bit low and I’m concerned that might go super low. Other than that just some very mild hypertension under excellent control with medication . The ensures are a good idea. I have physician friend who just recovered from a mild omnicron case so I’m just assuming I’ll call him.

Throw a few Percocet back with an Irish car bomb and you’ll feel right as rain.

Stay active, get some sun, with Asthma maybe talk with your doctor and try to get a Z-pak and maybe some albuterol and a cough suppressant

Personally i just drank a copious amount of whiskey, but i don't have asthma.
