They also see him participating in Zoom calls while also fully masked. They see Vice-President Kamala Harris exchanging a kiss with her husband through her mask. Shapiro's establishment right positions pretty much consist of his view on Israel - that America should defend Israel at all cost and monetarily back them. Which Trump pretty much agreed with.

People want to hear political voices that shun slavish party loyalty and focus on issues that people care about - even when they don't get favorable airplay on CNN. They want to hear from people willing to put their asses on the line.
