Fed RICO has a 10 year statute and so many of the alleged predicate acts, once filed, will be well within the SOL due to the ongoing behavior of the perps. For all of those saying "Nothing Will Happen", I have always felt that one day the golden ticket for prosecutors called RICO would be used for Deep State prosecutions. It's happening!!

quote:

If the evidence demonstrates an “enterprise” of officials, agencies, and enablers engaged in a pattern of racketeering activity—leaks, misleading FISA processes, selective prosecutions, and repeated efforts to hobble a political opponent—RICO allows tying disparate acts into a cohesive case with serious penalties, extended statutes of limitations, and asset forfeiture.

This isn’t about isolated mistakes or policy disagreements. It’s about confronting a sustained enterprise that often used fraud as a tool to undermine constitutional norms, electoral integrity, and public trust. The phrase “slam the coup” captures the necessary scale: not rhetoric, but rigorous application of law to those who treated it as optional.

High-profile indictments should follow wherever the facts and evidence lead. Foundational decisions from the Obama era, the roles played by figures like Hillary Clinton in shaping and amplifying the Russia narrative, and broader coordination across administrations sit at the core. While grand jury proceedings remain properly sealed, the trajectory is unmistakable: sunlight on actions that affected not just one presidency, but the integrity of American self-government itself.

It is certainly going to be RICO!!

Didn't it come out a week or 2 ago the grand conspiracy charges were being abandoned for smaller prosecutions?

It did. It is called:

quote:

Strategic Division: Smart Prosecutorial Craftsmanship

DiGenova is wisely dividing the grand conspiracy into multiple focused parts rather than one unwieldy case. This avoids procedural chaos and builds stronger components that can link via conspiracy principles. Miami operations and the Fort Pierce grand jury under Judge Aileen Cannon provide solid anchors. It’s targeted craftsmanship built for results.

Why do you do this to yourself? Nothing will happen. These people dance between the rain drops and always will. Their lapdog media cronies will never hold them to account. The FBI and DOJ are full of entrenched leftists who won’t cooperate. Even if by some miracle you got this stuff to a courtroom, the trials would take place in DC, with leftist judges and the most ridiculous jury pool imaginable. Just stop.

Russiagate Prosecutor Calls Audible On ‘Grand Conspiracy’

RCI article from the X post in the OP of that thread

quote:

Although Donald Trump’s defenders describe the Russia hoax and other efforts to frame the president as a "grand conspiracy," RealClearInvestigations has learned that the man now leading the probe of that scandal is pursuing multiple conspiracy prosecutions that are smaller and more manageable, according to several sources with direct knowledge of the probe.

Since taking over the Justice Department’s far-flung investigation in April, veteran prosecutor Joseph diGenova and his team quickly concluded that combining all of the alleged wrongdoing, which ranges from falsifying evidence and committing perjury to leaking classified information and obstructing justice, into one unified plot and trying them together as a single case would be unmanageable.

“You’d have 50 defendants in the courtroom,” said a well-placed source familiar with diGenova’s thinking.

As I've said for years, a RICO case going from 2015-2016 through the MAL raid would probably have 100 defendants minimum to keep the conspiracy going with all the different unrelated people.

Last time Trump tried to wrangle this into a RICO claim it cost him $1 million. But I’m sure this time will be different

RICO is the only viable option for any 'legitimate' (I.e., Subjective according to political affiliation) Legal process. Linked to National Security of course. But the whole basis of such a Systematic strategy/prosecution rest on WHERE the Prosecution is opened and a Grand Jury seated.

The very idea of a RICO Prosecution would be considered by the Left as Dictatorial and Treasonous. And the (partisan/corrupt?) Judiciary would obviously 'Rule' the outcome. Go figure.

Yes. The OP linked article actually links the article and the OP author still calls it a grand conspiracy.

The OP article also omits this part...

quote:

Currently, no indictments are under seal, the official said.

The OP article right out the gate is inaccurate. The article is deceptive and designed to do what--- jazz up false hope...

The OP article links the article that says there are no sealed grand juries.

Why do you do this to yourself? If it was meant to be, then it will be, let it be. Until then, what is the purpose on firing people up with false hope?
