If tweet fails to load, click here. Who is correct, Solomon, who says grand conspiracy charges are coming, or real clear politics investigative reporters?
If interested in the Fla grand juries and Russia Gate, and the FBI raid.. it is a long read. Maybe someone will do a synopsis, if you want to know, read it.

That’s going to be a tough pill to swallow for some. “No sealed indictments”. We will see how this plays out.

It fricking pisses me off they have been twiddling thumbs on this for a year while Brennan and Comey troll.

The Enforcer follows me around again. Are you obsessed with me? If so, why?

He said it, the rest of us were thinking it!

A lot of it happened in Fl.. If any part of a RICO case happened in a state then that state prosecutor has jurisdiction.

Thank you, yes. Now let's hope DeGenova who told us on Hannity years ago Comey was going to be arrested, knows what he is doing.
So this never happens again...

In addition to low-TBoy he can also be referred to as TwaTBoy.

BREAKING: Federal judge Louise Flanagan hearing the James Comey anti-Trump seashell threat case has blocked amicus letters/briefs supporting Comey b/c she says Comey doesn't need them and has enough representation from his army of now no fewer than eight (8) high-priced lawyers, new court filings reveal, including:
-- Joseph E. Zeszotarski , Jr.
-- Patrick J. Fitzgerald
-- Alexander James Kasner
-- Dev Ranjan
-- Elias Kim
-- Ephraim A McDowell
-- Michael Dreeben
-- Rebekah Donaleski
It's not clear if Comey is paying retainers to all the different law firms or if ones like Cooley are defending him pro bono. Regardless, "his legal fees will be substantial," an attorney familiar with the case told me.

That answers the OPs rather silly, somewhat ignorant debate point. The fact that its in Miami tells you it has to be a Conspiracy Case.
Part of that Conspiracy is the DOJ/Special Council raiding Trumps house in Miami. That gives them the right to go after anyone connected to the conspiracy. PERIOD. Anywhere.

Did you read the article?

Idk.... I view Solomon same as those grifters on the Redacted podcast. They make alot of "BREAKING " claims but nothing ever happens.

Legit question - Would diGenova have access to indictments under seal from the Sessions/Barr era of the 45 term?

I just bumped a thread for you to understand. Also, are you not familiar with the word usage in the title of the thread?
quote:
To "call an audible" is an American football term for when a quarterback changes the planned play at the last second, shouting out a new strategy at the line of scrimmage after observing the opposing defense.
In everyday English, it is an idiom meaning to alter your plans on the fly in response to new circumstances. As a football term, QBs use audibles to adapt when a play is doomed to fail against a specific defensive setup. In regular life, you might "call an audible" if you have to suddenly cancel a project meeting to address an urgent client issue, or if a sudden rainstorm forces an outdoor event to pivot indoors.

It’s all part of the plan, brother.
