She is out for herself not the black or white community. I have friends from NBR that dislike her and told me that. She is a professional lifetime politician telling people what they want to hear while doing nothing.
We will just wait and see what happens. Now BRPD will probably get a serious overhaul which doesn't affect people outside the city limits who are protected by the sheriffs office.
As far as destroying BR the metro council has done a good job doing that. We really need stop the metro council and have a BR City Government separated from EBRP Government.
As far as St George after the flood and the lack of response from the city parish especially with the permitting process will help St George become a city.
If things get bad enough I can always move outside the BR area as my properties are paid off.

What was the vote difference between white and broome? Advocate article says a statement was made then doesn't discuss number of votes for each.

It is easy to laugh at idiots like you now. Thank goodness we can, since your thought process no longer holds the type of authority it most recently did.
Many here, like myself, are laughing today at this election for different reasons. I lived in BR over a decade and voted for Kip Holden twice. This woman is a joke.
Was I racist when I voted for Holden? I bet many others you are so gleefully calling racists voted for Kip as well.

Absolutely. This woman is on DeDe Slaughter's level. Proof that blacks vote on skin color alone, with no regard for intelligence or aptitude to run a capital city.
