Georges bought the Picayune in 2019 long after he acquired (and ruined) The Advocate. I can't believe the Manships sold our wonderful paper to that crooked video poker operator.

Stop paying money for their newspapers. I can guarantee you they are already a fraction of what they were 20 yrs ago, losing half their subscriptions and buys would probably finish them off.

My parents owned a newspaper growing up. Advertisers do not want to run ads in publications that have no circulation.

Most of the letters to the editor are from left wing idiots. Also, when I realized that I was just reading headlines of their articles and not any of the dribble from their "journalist", I was wasting my time. Most of the paper is just reprinted MSM bias IMO. Now my breakfast and coffee in the morning will be more enjoyable.

The times picayune used to be one of the greatest newspapers in the country. Enter john George and now it stinks. They used to have great writers. And now it stinks.

I have no subscription, but get the paper dropped off on my driveway several days a week. It’s obvious that they’re giving the paper away for free to drive up “circulation” so they can continue the advertising.
I honestly wonder if I could call and report them for littering?
