Do you approve of former Presidents attacking the sitting President or not?

If Obama breaks this tradition of laying low then I think it will back fire and worse, will open the door for Rs to return the favor.

Once again, the left chooses to up the ante. We'll see if this is a good strategy or not.

The nuclear option is great until it's not.

I knew it was coming. Not being arrogant; stating what my family and I already assumed would happen.

This is why when he decided to show some mercy as he did with Hitlery you see they are going to go for the jugular. It won't end until he goes full-metal jacket on their arses as a whole.

By opposing his agenda? I certainly wouldn't tell Obama he should remove himself from politics. Nor would I advocate threatening him with the weapons the Executive has at his command unless he remains silenced if he doesn't want to, like a cuck would.

Great! No need for bullets or attack dogs, like posters are advocating, for this unforgivable breach of tradition.

Man frick all you people. I genuinely wish the best for Trump's administration, but legal advocacy by opposition groups is something we should want.

No. frick YOU. For being too stupid to see what's up.

Soros-funded army of leftist lawyers sent to the Fed Courts in 9th Circuit jurisdiction filing lawsuits against everything Trump tries to implement. Democrat/Leftist judges then put a halt to implementation of that particular item of the Trump agenda.

Dems keep the 9th Justice of the SCOTUS seat unfilled so that the 4 to 4 tie on the SCOTUS keeps the 9th Circuit Anti Trump decision in place.

You think this is good faith "legal advocacy by opposition groups"? This is obstructive abuse of the legal system that is designed to launch a Leftist politicized Judicial Branch into attack mode to stop a GOP-led Executive Branch. It is an attempt to usurp the Constitutional powers of the Executive Branch and unseat a sitting and duly elected POTUS.

You still think this is good faith legal advocacy? Obama laughs at your ignorance.

No.. by using illegally collected data and leaking portions out to the media already known to be in bed with the progressive arm of the party.

I don't even know what you think you're talking about, but out of curiosity is using illegally obtained data not ok? Are we not supposed to do that?
