I occasionally visit my local Barnes and Noble. My purchases are limited to Christian and children’s books for the kids. Received my weekly email from them this morning marketing the following. Sorry B&N, looks like I just had to cancel you.

The Pulitzer Prize-winning historian reveals with urgency and clarity why the elite classes in established democracies are turning toward nationalism and authoritarianism.
Our Time Is Now
STACEY ABRAMS
Outlining some of the most important issues our country faces today from voter suppression to climate change, Stacey Abrams offers a hopeful and progressive blueprint for change
The End of White Politics
ZERLINA MAXWELL
The seasoned political analyst provides a no-holds-barred account of the problems plaguing the Left, and a vision for a more empowered future.
The Impostors
STEVE BENEN

The Room Where It Happened
JOHN BOLTON

Our Current Affairs shelf is stocked with the latest books dedicated to dissecting and understanding everything happening throughout our country right now. From timely new releases to Bob Woodward’s explosive exposé coming soon, explore these and more to keep yourself in the know.
Mary Trump and her long awaited blah blah blah
John Lewis something or other....

Nothing noble about going out of business for wokeness.

Sometimes I see drivel like this and the only way to keep my sanity is to remind myself these people live in an alternate reality.

Barnes and Noble was original Soy. A refuge for the enlitened NPR latte set. It's always reminded me of a liberal arts library with a profit motive.

That's the one thing I saw that I thought was right on the money.
The Republican Party does almost nothing it campaigns on. And this has been the case for some time.
I'm not really even sure it's all that debatable.
It's why there was a Tea Party. It's why we have Donald Trump as POTUS.

B&N should market all books of all political angles.
BUT, this sure does look like some SJW Peppermint Patty’s smorgasbord of Trump Hate!

Especially since conservative books actually sell. I bet any one of Bill O’Reilly’s sold more than every book on that list combined.

Very strange. I received my weekly email 2 days ago and none of those are on there.

The most prominently advertised books were the Pull of the Stars and the Trebek book. I wonder if I get a different email blast? I get the New and Notable and the Weekend Roundup.
I did find a link a little further down for Current Affairs and Politics and if you click that, it definitely strongly leans left. It's your list and then some.

I didn’t realize “current events” meant an endorsement of the Democratic Party. I will have to take a look at my setting. Thanks.

We should burn books like that. Too bad the boomer conservatives on this board think burning this filth would be a bad thing.

I like to stand on the aisle and thumb through the lesbian books
