When did I say I was "cool with sterilization of kids"?

I assume you're talking about transgender "affirming care". I am not. I think that's perverted and abusive. God made mankind male and female. "Gender affirming care" is a sin against our creator.

So let me get this straight. This “survey” wants me to believe that Trump will lose Christian votes after putting 3 Christians on the SC?

As a Christian voting for Trump, here are two reasons I think practicing Christians who previously voted Trump might hesitate:

1) First, the MAGA movement regularly conflates faith and Trump in a way that Christians should probably find disconcerting. MAGA isn't Christianity and conservatism isn't Christianity. Yes, I believe conservative US politics is better aligned to the beliefs of Christians, but there is a lot of lukewarm "pop" Christianity out there accompanying the MAGA stuff and promoted by people who want to use it culturally but who are not Christians. There are pros and cons to the "cultural Christianity" concept, but I don't blame Christians who don't like where this is heading.

2) Trump's lukewarm stance on abortion, and Melania's recent full throated endorsement of abortion.

That said, I don't think Christians sitting out on Trump will be determinative.

Because if you ever did before, you voted for exactly what you said you wouldn’t.
I've voted for years. I've picked the "lesser of two evils" almost every time. I just can't do that any longer.

Romans 13:1 Let everyone be subject to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except that which God has established. The authorities that exist have been established by God.

Okay, then, you are disobeying His word in the scriptures by not voting. Because the scriptures say that elected officials are established by God. You are doing His will by voting for the candidate of your choice. The winner is established by him through you.
Thank you for your use of Scripture on this subject.

I'd just say that while our government allows for voting, it doesn't require it. I'm not lacking in submission to the government by not voting for a person for President. I would be happy to write in a candidate if I was required to by the government.

Now that the greater of the two has become pretty much greater than it ever has been and keeps getting worse?

This is fricking stupid. Won't vote for the person more likely to buttress religious values and freedoms knowing the opponent wants to cut down religious freedom and make abortion with few limits the law of the land. You are a fraud.
I understand your position and seeming frustration with me. I don't expect others to agree with me. I'm just stating what I'm committed to doing based on my own scruples. You're free to do as you wish.

That said, I could not pull the lever for a militant atheist, however there are many militant atheists that are very conservative and would be a "lesser evil" when it comes to many social and economic issues. I simply cannot in good conscience vote for someone who is an enemy of my Lord in such a way.

If you can understand my position on that, perhaps you can at least understand a little of where I'm coming from with my position.

IKR

he is basically voting for what he is against by sitting out

he is fine with open borders and rapes and killings and child groomers and mutilators.

He is a FRAUD. plain and simple.

The Harris-walz campaign thanks you for your “convictions”.

So don’t say it’s because of their faith.

It wasn’t important to you then, it’s not important to you now unless you’re planning on never voting again.

In your own way your virtue signaling is as bad as any of the liberals.

George W Bush killed tens of thousands of innocent Iraqis. I am beginning to wonder if you even know the scriptures you profess to rigidly adhere to

I don't particularly like Trump, never have. Ben Carson was my pick in 2016, but I think in this upcoming election Trump is 100% the clear lesser of two evils and at this crossroads of US history, it's the lesser of two evils who will give those who seek and cry out for righteousness a chance to stop the Fundamental Transformation of America into a Cultural Marxist dystopian nightmare. If Trump is reelected and does a decent job over the next 4 years there will be an opportunity to save the constitutional republic and Western Judeo/Christian culture, if Kackles is installed as POTUS I don't hold out much hope for the US existing as the founders envisioned.

You do understand that every government on Earth doesn’t believe in freedom of religion, correct? Then you should also understand that that freedom could be greatly curtailed or taken away if the US government continues to drift to the Left

I'll be sitting this one out this year. As much as I do hope Trump wins over Harris, I can't give my endorsement to anyone who doesn't seek Christ's kingdom and seeks to govern for His glory above all else.

So you have never voted for President in your life? At least you are principled and consistent I guess.

God sent you Trump to vote for. You remind me of this:

The Drowning Man
A fellow was stuck on his rooftop in a flood. He was praying to God for help.

Soon a man in a rowboat came by and the fellow shouted to the man on the roof, “Jump in, I can save you.”

The stranded fellow shouted back, “No, it’s OK, I’m praying to God and he is going to save me.”

So the rowboat went on.

Then a motorboat came by. “The fellow in the motorboat shouted, “Jump in, I can save you.”

To this the stranded man said, “No thanks, I’m praying to God and he is going to save me. I have faith.”

So the motorboat went on.

Then a helicopter came by and the pilot shouted down, “Grab this rope and I will lift you to safety.”

To this the stranded man again replied, “No thanks, I’m praying to God and he is going to save me. I have faith.”

So the helicopter reluctantly flew away.

Soon the water rose above the rooftop and the man drowned. He went to Heaven. He finally got his chance to discuss this whole situation with God, at which point he exclaimed, “I had faith in you but you didn’t save me, you let me drown. I don’t understand why!”

To this God replied, “I sent you a rowboat and a motorboat and a helicopter, what more did you expect?”

So if Trumps wins how will you feel then? I'm confused. Sounds a little cowardly? Like maybe you will benefit from Trump winning but can at the same time preach how sinful Trump is and thus you're not sinful? I want my cake and eat it too. Kinda makes me angry at you if I think along those lines. Trump is not perfect and is not Jesus Christ. We will never have the perfect candidate.
