There was no record of Obama admitting to being a homosexual and Obama campaigned as being against gay marriage. Even if someone were able to dredge up a quote from him in the 90s where he said he supported gay marriage, it wouldn’t have reached most of the voting populace and could have been easily explained away by saying his position had changed.
You claim you aren’t defending Obama yet you’re putting forth a full throated defense of him defrauding the voting populace about who and what he really was.
Just because Obama being a closet homosexual isn’t a big deal to you, it would have been a big deal to a lot of the voting public.

I’ve made no such argument other than to point out that Obama defrauded the voting public by being a closet homosexual while parading himself as a married man with children.
You don’t see this as a big deal because as you stated in your own words “all politicians lie”. But a large percentage of the voting public would have certainly considered his homosexuality when deciding to vote for him.
The point is, Obama’s homosexuality would have been a big deal to a lot of voters, despite the fact that you personally don’t think it’s a big deal.

If you really did your research on him prior to him becoming President & after, the fact that he is a closeted gay man would not surprise you. The media wanted him to be President so they refused to properly vet him & to let any info on him that would be deemed controversial get out there in any form in the mainstream media. How many of you didn't know he went by the name Barry Soetero for about 25 years? I did because I did my research on him. This isn't rocket science people.
