Sure, its not nothing but its inside baseball. My $.02 is that trump's inner circle of trusted allies is pretty small, and he is overloading a few of them - bannon and kushner. Bannon isn't really that useful for NSC, as he is better on domestic issues.
But Trump's WH, more than any in recent memory, is more about culture, loyalty, and personalities than policy chops, experience, or particular qualifications. And the members of his inner circle whom he feels he can trust implicitly matter more to him than anyone.
So any move among that group means something. Not sure what yet. Is this all the excitement and intrigue you dorks were hoping for when you said "no matter what, at least it'll be entertaining?"
