Those bonuses didn't go to tellers, clerks, or low level managers. They went to a select few upper level executives contracted to receive them.

So in both instances, executives make millions. It seems like y'all are being emotional here. It's ok for banks to get hand outs as long as they share some with the little people. A tax cut is a hand out.

From bonuses secondary to the tax bill?

This is not gospel. Individuals may or may not see a benefit from corporate tax cuts.
In the vast majority of cases, they do.

Can you specify who doesn't receive a benefit from corporate tax cuts except for maybe a professional homeless person on the street or a welfare queen who lives off the taxpayer?

Quite possibly the dumbest post I've ever seen. Congrats.

She apparently doesn't respond to pointed questions.

Figures.

So you consider it a handout if a company doesn't have to pay as much in taxes?

Taxes are reality. I can't operate in the realm of "should." If taxes are levied and then suddenly are levied at a lower rate for certain people or entities, it's a hand out.

Given the positions she takes, it's understandable.

Ah. I see you fall under "it's the governments money first and foremost" mentality.

Of course people like you think it's a handout.

Because I'd rather individuals get bigger tax cuts than corporations?
When corporations get tax cuts it means individuals who own that company get a tax cut.

Apparently you're having difficulty grasping that universal financial truth.

I guess I'd have to know the bonus schedule of every corporation to answer that. Off the top of my head, I don't remember reading that Walmart employees have benefited.

Again, do you think not paying as much to the government is considered a handout from government?

I'll ask you again. What do you think corporations do with money saved from a lower tax rate?

I mean is there a reason why you've ignored every one of my questions?

Actually that's the definition of a corporation.
