What does past spending by NATO have to do with what has happened since Feb. of 22? European spending on Ukrsine is high. Finland and Sweden rushed to join NATO. Poland is ratcheting up their military in a big way as are other Eastern European nations.
It’s obvious they recognize the immediate threat from Russia and are reacting to it.

Do you have a link to that. I read there were 8 million refugees or so but that only half or so left the country.
