Opera w/ classical music is part of what pulled us up and away from barbarism and is an example of western (and predominantly Caucasian) culture at work.
To equate the two is absurd.

But Pavarotti can sing. I didn't dislike the halftime show because it was in Spanish. I disliked it because he sucked. I also disliked the last several halftime shows for the same reason...and those were supposedly in English.

Bad Bunny can do whatever he wants, and I don't blame him for doing the SB show. My biggest issue is that someone that doesn't speak english, which is the primary language in the US, is doing the halftime show. Its more of a gripe with the NFL than Bad Bunny. I've tried to listen to his music, but I don't speak Spanish. Goodell doesn't care because people are still talking about it. They'll continue to talk about it and be pissed off, but they'll keep watching the NFL at a very high rate.

I watched the video you posted and it was pretty good. I saw James Brown in concert years ago and it's still way up there in the rankings for best shows I've been to and I've seen a lot of bands. Comparing Pavarotti and Bad Bunny is absurd.
