The more I think about it the angrier I get. It’s absolute narcissistic delusion and that’s coming from someone who is a diehard conservative.
That generation were defacto trust fund kids who inherited the greatest country in human history from the greatest generation since the American revolution and proceeded to run the family business into the ground.
It’s so bad their grandkids are flirting with socialism, staring down economic collapse and contemplating secession due to the mess they left in their wake and they want to take a victory lap about how they remember how great it used to be?
