This is almost certainly performative theater.

Yes. That would be in like with what we've seen.

Do we believe Axios today or not? When the news makes Trump look bad, you always say it's fake.

FWIW, some of the alt media guys have been ripping Ravid as an administration and/or Israel stenographer. But, if that's the case, you have to ask why these narratives are being planted.

They love the deal that we have been negotiating
This should have taken place in 2018, and the outcome may have yielded much better results. Tillerson, Mattis, Dunford, and McMaster all advised patience and restraint concerning JCPOA and hastily withdrawing, believing the flawed parts of the agreement could be incrementally renegotiated. Despite the narrative that is thrown around, Iran’s first violations of the JCPOA did not occur until almost a year (2019) after our unilateral withdrawal and the maximum pressure sanctions that accompanied it.

The counsel of these advisors and leaders in his administration was seen as disloyalty and they were either fired or resigned. The likes of neocons Haley, Pompeo, & Bolton filled their shoes. Bolton went on an EU tour soon after requesting that they formally bring a list of 12 demands to Iran before any easing of sanctions would occur.

Relatively speaking, Iran behaved during the President’s first term, and any peripheral proxy attacks that occurred in the ME in that period was met with more than proportionate response. The majority of uranium enrichment occurred after he left office. In other words, Iran along with other powerful nations either respected or feared him.

I personally believe that Israel would not have engaged in the 12 day war of 2025 or the current one apart from his green-light. It would have been a fool’s errand for them to engage Iran without knowing that big brother would be their backup. If the U.S. was dragged into either, we did not go kicking and screaming.

The most interesting piece of this article is that 5 coalition countries are opposed to Israel striking Iran

It’s not surprising in the least.

Ask yourself what their leader’s goals are.

Greenwald has been attacking this guy for two years with similar allegations.

Not getting attacked by Iran as a retaliation against Israel attacks is probably a reasonable goal.

How many times did Barak HUSSEIN Ravid "report" a deal being close on a Monday throughout this war?

I believe the answer to this is the number of times Ravid talked to Donald Trump on a Monday throughout this war.

That’s probably a dangerous position for Trump to take…literally.

President Kennedy was adamant that Israel not have nuclear weapons, their lobbying groups register with FARA and normalize relations with Arab nations. Well, about that…

One can only hope this is true. Tying ourselves to Israel has been one of the US’s greatest geopolitical mistakes in the last 60 years, right up there with outsourcing our industrial base to China
