That "Hispanic % s probably a little higher and black is lower but point well taken. Houston specifically is listed at 22% white...think its lower.

Without a doubt, the most destructive legislation ever put on paper.
It's got to be at least double that now.

It's not just the lower number of students. It's the lower levels of learning. Our national IQ is dropping. The causes are multiple: immigration from the 3rd world countries, smartest parents having fewer kids than dumbest parents (Idiocracy was right), and kids addicted to staring at video screens instead of interaction.

Latino is an ethnicity, not a race. 20% of US Hispanics (mostly Latino) identify as white, so it's only non-Hispanic whites that are below 50%. Do you accept that people like Cameron Diaz and Andy Garcia are white? For whatever reason it's controversial.

I am surprised by the Hispanic number being that high. It is also important to know that over 90% of home schooled kids are white, so it's still a majority. Also, Hispanic is tricky. Many are multi-race. Hispanic is white.
