It was FOX news saying this is a RICO investigation. If that is true, I would assume that means they are working on "real fraud" and not just the immigration stuff. Otherwise, I tend to agree. I hope they aren't hanging their hats on her changing her birthdate.

We know the origins of her immigration/citizenship. Other than being a long time ago, the adult who may have committed fraud is dead. It's just an evidentiary mess.

I've been trying to find the source again and if I find it I'll bring it over and put it in this thread, but earlier I saw someone reporting that Omar has been hit with around a dozen subpoenas over this. Documents pertaining to the 30 million dollar financial "mistake", her birthdate change, her father's citizenship status, etc, etc. Apparently subpoenas have been issued to her sister, brother, and husband as well.
If it's a RICO investigation and they're subpoenaing her and her sister both, it sounds pretty messy.

Really ? Have you not seen/heard much of her traitorous rhetoric regarding Israel, and how since her fellow 'somalies' have elected themselves a somalie to the US congress and how the US will be 'working for somalia both here in the US AND back home...thus all the suitcases stuffed with $ going back to that shithole !

This isn't true though. The allegation here is that she changed her birthdate on paperwork after being elected to Congress. Change reflected her being one year younger than she actually is, supposedly.
So it sounds like she and her father BOTH committed immigration fraud.
