Here's were we're going to disagree. Your progress is my SJW-going amok. The Iran Deal was NOT progress. Drag queens in my kid's elementary school bathroom is NOT progress. The Paris Climate Change accord almost entirely at America's expense is NOT progress.
But also, as a technical point, nearly everyone who voted for Barack Obama either wanted to vote for the first black President, or felt they had to prove they weren't prejudice by voting for the first black President. Only a handful of SJW wack-jobs actually voted for him solely on his political platform.

I thought we all agreed, as a society, that opinions and truth are often different. Simply feeling like something is happening to you isn't exactly enough evidence to make it real. You can try to spin it as me being the Arbiter or judge but the reality is when you make a claim you should be able to back it up

There are plenty of white Southerners that started to get scared that they would become irrelevant with Mexicans coming in with Muslims coming in with black people being elected president. Some would say that a lot of the makeamericagreatagain has more to do with that than anything else.

This is one of the things that I find amusing about Trumps critics.
They use such sloppy arguments.
Trump isn’t the least bit authoritarian. He’s the first president in a very long time who’s actually worked to make the presidency, and the executive branch less powerful.

Yet trump's biggest gains were with northern whites who voted for a black guy twice.
Trump won because of northern white people, period. He only did marginally better than romney in the deep south. He massively outperformed romney in the north and midwest.
It's not shocking if you understand economic trends.
Also, I do not understand why concerns about immigration are some terrible thing.
Bill Clinton sounded like trump oftentimes on immigration issues.

Trump has a devoted group of followers. So what? Every president does. Obama, even on this board of all places, had a drone army too, that defended him at every step of the way.
Bush 2 left office with, somehow, 30% of people approving of him.
It's doomsday BS that is commonly seen by people whose preferred party is out of power. "Everyone I don't like is a dictator!"

This is something they’re incapable of understanding. They have no frame of reference, no way to comprehend this.
How could you vote for the social revolution that Obama promised, and then turn around, and vote for a man like Trump?
Perhaps voters didn’t want Obama’s social revolution. Perhaps they had other reasons for voting for him.
