Good thing the vax mandate is pissing off most of the cops here.

We have plenty of fools here in the US that would LOVE to see our government emulate this type of behavior

You can’t blame the cops. This man chose to be provocative and suspicious by drinking coffee outside.

The people over there are going to hate these fascist police for 100 years. I can’t imagine looking at a cop with respect or admiration if I was in Australia.

Forget the draconian laws, I can’t figure out what mindset a cop has to have to even want to do something so petty. Why not just go about your day?

Now, just imagine being black in the south and being profiled. Not only that but having evidence being planted on you or loved ones while also constantly being gunned down while just trying to live a normal and "free" life. That's what perspective and empathy looks like.

I can't figure out why the decent cops and LEO's here in the states go along with this authoritarian crap. Back the blue? Sure, but the blue won't back us.

We're now upset about excessive policing?

So it is now ok to recognize that what the police did in the Floyd case was bad?

Just trying to keep up, thanks.

Happens soooo very often….I mean I don’t know what is more prevalent than this happening or a young African American male committing violent crimes or killing an LEO……

Fuss over the percentages, but I’m saying it’s a very low number of cops who get off on the sort of stuff. There’s always one or two individuals in a group who are compelled to do everything they can make everyone know that they are in charge. That they’re following the rules, and are empowered to do what ever the law or rules allow.

It’s like the judge who is trying to throw the book and then some at the January 6 tourists inside the capitol bldg. . She literally said that she wants to “send a message“ and feels perfectly fine sentencing people above what even the prosecutors are asking.

I don’t know anyone that thinks it was good.
