I just watched almost all of that.
I was wrong yesterday, the cops did everything by the book.
There was no hostility by the police at all until Brooks resisted, stole the taser and fired it at the officer.
This was 100% a justified shoot and I was 100% wrong yesterday. I came to an emotional and uniformed conclusion before all the facts were out. The officer should 100% be reinstated and then sue the frick out of the city for a wrongful termination.

That's not what he said. What he said is DUI is not a crime. Killing someone is a whole different charge. I believe you atleast get manslaughter in the best case for this type of thing and up to murder charges depending on how negligent and deceitful you are about it.
