It sounds like your proposed solutions are entirely within FCC policy and have nothing to do with the first amendment

Well that’s pretty stupid. The virus exists and would have had the same societal and economic impacts whether he downplayed it or shut everything down in January. Testing capacity would not ever have been there before mid-2020 for a novel virus, regardless of who was in the White House or what they said

Way way longer than any of the internet warriors suggest.
We live in the most successful era of any civilization ever. Despite a combination of corruption and/or incompetence from our politicians, our citizens are highly comfortable as a whole.
Overthrowing a government is painful in the short term for comfort in the long term. We have a long way to fall for a meaningful part of society to decide fricking up the short term is worth it.

Well that's just not true. First, you have to be the most successful era ever. Which doesn't just happen occasionally. Second, the successful nation's would tend to collapse from externalities, not revolt.

Wrong. Externalities take advantage of the weak. A strong country has to weaken significantly before it is conquered.

I think Michigan might be more ripe for a revolt. I don’t think the Yuppers ( Upper peninsula) hold the government in high esteem. I’m sure there are a lot of Freedom lovers in the LP and they are well armed.

Being weak/flawed is not mutually exclusive from being successful. Regardless, the point is, the most successful country in the world will not have a meaningful revolt.

Won’t happen because everyone is divided into their sides of Republicans and Democrats and that breakdown is really close to 50/50.
Other side is bad but my side is good. Always waiting for the next election like that will change anything.
