They broke the law, and them staying in the first place was unconstitutional. Don’t blame them one damn bit for being here, but a nation without laws isn’t a nation....

Build the wall so they can not come back illegally. Make them get at the end of the line like everybody else. I though the democrats did not like discriminating. Letting the DACA people cut in line discriminates agains the people waiting in line.

I feel strongly about the word "illegal."

Get them out, all 3.6 million of them, and then if they can get back legally, I will embrace them.

No unique path to citizenship (no Amnesty). They get in line like everyone else.

What sickens me is, that for the first time in years there was a chance for real compromise; daca for border security. Both popular, both workable. Everyone walks away with a win.

I was perfectly content with giving DACA to get the wall. The dems want to put lawbreaking non-citizens ahead of Amercian citizens? Time to tell them NO DEAL! EVER!
Trump needs to tell #SchumerShutdown that he is not allowed at the negotiating table at all. Tell the dems they have to send someone else.

We want no DACA and no wall - let the shut down go on until fed employees quit

Have some lowered cost through attrition

100%. If they stay it needs to be with out voting rights. Plus we need everything we want to fix immigration, military funding and a voter ID law .

Are you sure he / she isn't illegal? Indian recruitment firms have been getting people in through back doors for a while.

As someone that used to live 9 miles from the Mexican border, if we don’t build a wall, don’t waste my tax dollars deporting the Dreamers. They will only come back and will have likely not return to school or work.

We need a wall. The shite that is coming across the border is insane. We have returned to catch and release because the detention facilities are full. The number of illegals crossing has returned to Obama levels.

I want them all deported because anything less is not fair to those who did it legally, but that genie is already out of the bottle. I think we should give the legal residence but any path to citizenship must be harder (e.g take longer) than for those who do it legally.

I soured on them when that little entitled bitch from Texas was bragging about being illegal and getting a full ride to UT. I could live with letting them stay but no voting rights ever. Maybe if they serve 4 years in the military.

We need to get serious about enforcing immigrations laws. A deal could have been made but political grandstanding by the Democrats put a stop to that.

My stance is that they need to apply for citizenship and go through the process the same as any other immigrant. If they haven't done so by x date or drop out of the program then they get shipped out.
