Who warned her? Who viewed her as a threat? The police officer in riot gear with a rifle standing 4 feet from her who was almost shot instead of Babbit, but was seemingly unconcerned about what she was doing? Or someone else I'm not aware of?

You are so fricking stupid so I will explain it to you. I don't know of a place in this country where you can legally shoot someone for trespassing alone. They have to be physically threatening you or breaking into your home while you are or while you are in your vehicle which is considered a extension of your home. This applies in Louisiana but not all states. Some places you cannot even shoot someone if they are attacking you. Ashli Babbitt was not armed and was not threatening anyone physically. This is why it was murder.
