Again, I’m not privy to the depth of the charges, so I couldn’t say. It may be something they need to do while they figure out a way to implement court martial proceedings.

Id like a comple random observer drug test for all of DC. Starting with Kegsbreath, the Patel and Rubio. Id take any bet they would all fail for real drugs
