Arizona's highest court just kicked the wholly corrupt Board of Supervisors (and their corrupt assertion of control over the state's elections) in the teeth. This 100% puts their election-fraud machine in jeopardy, since the Recorder (Justin Heap) isn't one of theirs but will now take point on administering elections as per the rule of law.
Imagine that.
"The decision lifts an appellate stay, confirms mandatory funding for the Recorder's office, restores control over IT systems and staff, and approves Heap's election administration plan, including early voting sites and ballot drop boxes."
