Supreme Court Justices don’t work for the President of the United States.

What I’m saying is the President doesn’t have to chose whether or not to accept her resignation like he does for Cabinet members.
Not only would Capt Maga accept her resignation.... he would send her a celebratory fifth of hemlock so she can enjoy the occasion with shots for her and her staff!

I could've sworn that Anthony Kennedy sent a letter to President Trump.

I thought the standard procedure when an associate justice resigns or retires is a letter is sent to the Chief Justice, not the White House?

RBG is not long for this earth. She should be allowed to retire with dignity. Dims have found yet another way to demonstrate how power hungry and self-serving they are.

Then why did Anthony Kennedy do this very thing?

I have the same feeling, but stronger re: Stephen Breyer.
He is the next oldest. And I have seen some here clamor about Thomas, he is young compared to Breyer and RBG.

He’s hinted at retiring, and Laura Ingraham Who clerked for and is close to him, has said she expects it sometime soon

Yeah but hasn't Thomas been pretty vocal about retiring soon to enjoy the remainder of life?

Or did I make that up?
