Not there yet for Abraham myself but that's a very strong argument.

Money is not the end all be all in political campaigns. If it were the case otherwise, David Vitter would be Governor and Hillary Clinton would be President.
It’s just one debate and there’s another this coming Thursday and it’s not likely Abraham will screw up again.
It’s just one poll. And a very suspect one as others pointed out. Abraham has led Rispone every step of the way in every poll.

I didn’t say that I’m voting Abraham.
I’m just acknowledging that the biggest key to success in an election is to build a winning coalition of voters that will bring you the win and part of that means you cannot alienate and piss off voters you will need later. North Louisiana really likes Abraham and he’s one of them and they’re not going to take kindly to those half truth misleading attacks.
Vitter failed to ensure JBE could not build a winning coalition and I’m worried Rispone is ignoring that lesson if he somehow squeaks into the runoff.
If this were an open seat election where the democrat is not an incumbent and not a credible threat to win, I could see these tactics as acceptable. But it’s not that kind of election no matter how much you pretend otherwise.

JBE's war chest is not huge. He has $5.6 million on hand which is more than Abraham, but JBE has already had to resort to going out to Cali and kissing arse to the baby murdering and gun grabbing democratic donors to get it. The RGA has $30 million on hand as of July and there are only 3 races this year. Kentucky and Mississippi which are both leaning red. This is the only competitive race if it goes to a runoff and they are gunning for Edwards. Abraham or Rispone will have plenty of funds if there is a runoff.

You think?
A lackluster performance by Abraham and Edwards near 50%, Abraham will be lucky to get Ttump in La. The same applies to Rispone.
And I don’t think funds will start pouting in if that’s the case.
Now if Abraham catches fire, he’ll certsinly have a better shot. So far he had not and thus no money.

RGA has money. If they splurge on Abraham he will have a shot, but how good of a shot if he can’t fire up the base to donate.
