Those are pretty professional-looking signs.

So the Executive has made the unscrupulous decision to basically turn its back on certain foundational American principles……in this one case? As opposed to this merely being an isolated incident, even if deserving of some commensurate degree of “reprimand?” That’s quite the leap for this administration to make for the sake of this single incident. Who the hell is this Garcia guy anyway? Must be a pretty big deal to rate that sort of attention from the President himself.
Maybe I’m reading you wrong, and if so I apologize right here and now. But even if so, there are clearly numerous others who’ve taken that position. Which sure seems awfully dramatic.

Notice Biden did not say to ignore the ruling only that he disagreed with it and criticized it.
Kavanaugh's attempted assailant is still a guest of the DC penal system and will continue to be for the foreseeable future.
Trump says that he really isn't obliged to respect a decision he disagrees with especially in this case.

Fact.
We are at war now in America, whether we admit it or not. As of now, it is small skirmishes with most of it fought in the Courts. But the crazy, radical, immoral left is so far gone, we will never be able to exist side by side. The left has already fired many salvos. It's ticking....

shite, welcome to what I was saying about 2020.
Laws and judge orders were ignored with regards to our elections.
I agree that the Left weaponizes the Judiciary against conservatives. I'm not sure what the solution is. Maybe Trump 2.0 really will follow through with prosecutions for that weaponization. Letitia James IS a good start.

here's the thing jethro that decision was 9-0 in favor of the trump administration but the media spun at as a loss and you believed that because you're a blithering idiot, jose is gone and he aint coming back.
SUPREME COURT OF THE UNITED STATES
No. 24A911
KRISTI NOEM, GOVERNOR OF SOUTH DAKOTA, ET AL. v. KILMAR ARMANDO ABREGO GARCIA, ET AL.
ON APPLICATION FOR STAY
[April 10, 2025]
The application for a stay presented to The Chief Justice and by him referred to the Court is granted in part and denied in part. The order of the United States District Court for the District of Maryland dated April 4, 2025, is stayed to the extent that it directs the Government to “effectuate” respondent Kilmar Armando Abrego Garcia’s return to the United States by midnight tonight. The rest of the District Court’s order remains in effect but requires clarification on remand. The order properly requires the Government to “facilitate” Abrego Garcia’s release from custody in El Salvador and to ensure that his case is handled as it would have been had he not been improperly sent to El Salvador. The intended scope of the term “effectuate” in the District Court’s order is, however, unclear, and may exceed the District Court’s authority. The District Court should clarify its directive, with due regard for the deference owed to the Executive Branch in the conduct of foreign affairs. The Government should be prepared to share what it can concerning the steps it has taken and the prospect of further steps. The stay shall terminate upon the District Court’s issuance of a clarified order.
It is so ordered.
Read that part in bold again.

If you let them live there for several years, they are a resident of the state where your house is.

Ahh its okay we do it but not when trump does it.
GOT IT
You should reread his entire statement.
I posted barely any of it.
I know there is a big argument over this, but Biden did tweet this, and purposefully made it appear he was standing up to the courts.

The Supreme Court tried to block me from relieving student debt. But they didn’t stop me. I’ve relieved student debt for over 5 million Americans. I’m going to keep going.
But now they will just say Biden was lying and trying to pump up his own appearance for reelection.

Trump is willing to facilitate Mr. Garcia’s release, unfortunately, his home country of El Salvador is not. The Supreme Court of the United States does not have jurisdiction over El Salvador, nor do federal District or Appeals Courts.

I've read it. I know what it means. I don't think it means what you think it means.
Were they ordering the Executive Branch to get this Maryland soccer dad out of the prison and back to the United States, they would have ordered specifically that. They don't have the power to do that, and they know it.
Hence the word "facilitate" which is almost meaningless in its vagueness, which I believe is intentional. Why is in quotation marks?
Would we allow a foreign government to order the United States to release one of our citizens from an American prison? It's silly to even consider.

Trump says a lot of things. Biden said a lot of things. Politicians say a lot of things.
It's meaningless until he does it, which he won't.

That’s why the left is so angry about this. Their lawfare games end at the water’s edge and they know it.
