This race-grifting, hyperbolic, misogynistic bitch is wrong. How do we know - She is on the air stating it.

Their show would have been the first to go.

If they would just stick to comedy and entertainment and stay the hell out of politics, they might have some viewers and advertisers.

It's 11pm, the kids are finally asleep, you're chilling after a long day...perfect time to get a lecture on why the world's burning & it's all your fault

People just want to laugh & feel good before they have to get up and do it all over again the next day

Where was this concern when Roseanne and Gina Carano were cancelled?

What's so hard to see about a show losing $50mm a year needs to go?

Oh she knows exactly what the real issue is. But she has to repeat the "organge man bad" stuff to her idiot viewers who accept anything she says as gospel. Gotta keep that angry mass riled up.

freedom of speech. Freedom to speak truth to power. If that is taken away, if the comedians are being attacked,

Is this The Bee? Seriously. After the past 10-15 years of the left attacking opposing views, cancelling comedians, attempting to cancel actors for past roles and everything else they have done, this cannot be serious.

I didn't realize the constitution applied to private businesses. That's new to me.

Loses $40 million per year, loses 50% viewership amongst the key demographic since 2018 and CBS cancels the entire late night franchise and doesn’t even replace him. Democracy dies in this darkness.

It isn't political.

He took a big, steaming dump on his employer during his monologue...probably because he knew he was getting cancelled for losing assloads of money.

I'm surprised they are letting him finish out the rest of his time.

Let's put aside the losing $40 million a year part and look at the argument, that he was fired because he made a "joke" and 3 days later his show was canceled.

The guy has been making "jokes" about Trump for as long as he's had the show. The difference this time is that the "joke" in question said that his employer CBS bribed the President of the United States. I don't know about anybody else, but if I made a statement like that about my employer, I'd be shite canned a lot sooner than next May.

It’s absolutely hilarious that the left is going nuclear over the cancellation of a show in which the right was previously told that “it’s just comedy! You can’t take a joke??”

This is actually a fantastic point that people aren't talking enough about. If the show claimed to be fair and balanced or only in the name of comedy, then why is only one side of the isle throwing a fit about it being cancelled? Do these other show host not realize that by their actions they're involuntarily proving Trump right about media?

The idea that other people should pay for a money-losing propaganda operation so that an already rich lib can get continue getting richer is pretty close to the core mission statement of the democratic party.
