Apparently he pays them very little, cuts their benefits, and works them hard. It’s funny how the Marxists always seem to exploit people more than the capitalists.
And his Tower of Isengard library building is coming in at over $1B, $700M over budget and 5 years behind schedule.

Not to mention that it's arguably the ugliest "building" ever constructed. $1 billion dollars for a blob of concrete. I mean, it looks like an interstate highway pooped.
