Yep, second "suicide" in 40 years at that place and we are going to by God get justice by pinning it on a couple of $14 an hour guys because they set up the whole entire thing obviously

That is NOT justice.
How about going after the clearly incompetent Warden who is ultimately responsible. Additionally, the entire chain of command has failed. It’s not just two CO’s who did this. This institution was in a complete state of failure which led to this inmate’s death (Murder).
Pinning it on the two lowest employees is complete BS and a coverup intended to make the story go away.

Best guess; They want them to take the 'deal' which includes rolling over on who orchestrated this the 'assisted' suicide.
Options; The cage kickers will take the fall (likely a very short fall) and their families will be set for life.....else their will be a pair of purely coincidental murder-suicides.

At best. A just as likely scenario involved them waking up in the middle of the night with a silenced handgun at their wife's temple as they got their instructions. Whatever had the most chance of success and the least probability of being traced back was the method that was used.
